At Vantex Capital Group, we work hard to establish a good working relationship with Mortgage Brokers.  We respect your relationship with the borrower and we protect that relationship throughout the transaction.

We can work with you in one of two ways: 

• The broker refers the client directly to us and we work directly with the borrower
• The broker originates the loan and remains in the loop throughout the entire transaction

 WE CHARGE NO UPFRONT FEES  - EVER 

We recommend that you call, email  or complete our short submission form to run your scenario by us.  We pride ourselves on our ability to be able to tell you on the first contact whether or not your scenario fits our parameters.  If the deal does not work for us, you will know it on the first call.  If it does, we can discuss all the details and get started immediately.
