I formed Vantex Mortgage Group in January of 2003. Vantex Capital Group is the private money lending division of my company. We are licensed and regulated by the California Department of Real Estate and the Federal Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry.
 
I began my mortgage career in the late 1970's originating hard money mortgages.  Over the years, I have developed and maintain a vast network of private money investors, pension plans, hedgefunds and investment funds that are agressively seeking real estate loan investments.
